Loyalty Program — Terms & Conditions

These terms govern participation in the TOPDOG Pizza Loyalty Program ("the Program"). By earning or redeeming points, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to customers who hold a valid TOPDOG Pizza online account and place orders through our website (topdogpizza.com.au) or our mobile app.

1.2 You must be logged in to your account when placing an order in order to earn or redeem points. Orders placed as a guest, by phone, or in-store at the counter do not earn points and cannot use points for payment.

1.3 The Program is operated by NOTFAR Group PTY LTD T/A TOPDOG Pizza, Bellbird Park, QLD, and is available only to orders fulfilled by our store. Orders placed via third-party platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) are not eligible to earn or redeem points.

2. Earning points

2.1 You earn points based on the subtotal of eligible items in your order — that is, the food and drink total before delivery fees, card surcharges, taxes and discounts.

2.2 The standard earn rate is: - 1 point for every $2 spent on standard menu items.

2.3 Items that are part of a promotional category (including but not limited to “Specials” and “Meal Deals”) earn at a reduced rate: - 0.5 points for every $2 spent on Specials/Meal Deal items (half the standard rate).

2.4 If you apply a promotional code or voucher to your order: - You cannot redeem points on the same order; and - The items affected by that promotion DO NOT EARN POINTS

2.5 Points are credited to your balance only after your order has been successfully completed (i.e. paid, prepared and delivered or collected). Cancelled orders do not earn points.

2.6 Points are calculated per line item and rounded down to the nearest whole point. Fractional points are not stored.

2.7 From time to time we may run promotional periods (for example “Double Points Weekend”) with adjusted earn rates. The promotional rate, applicable items and time window will be displayed in your account section and or on our website. Once the promotional period ends, standard rates resume automatically.

3. Redeeming points

3.1 Points may only be redeemed online at topdogpizza.com.au or via the mobile app at checkout. Points cannot be redeemed in-store, by phone, or via third-party platforms.

3.2 The standard redeem rate is: - 7 points = $1 off the subtotal of your order.

3.3 Minimum redemption per order: 35 points (= $5 off).

3.4 Maximum redemption per order: 50% of the subtotal.

3.5 You cannot redeem points on the same order as a promotional code or voucher has been used or is being used.

3.6 At checkout you can choose how many of your available points to apply (in increments of 7). The corresponding dollar discount is applied to your subtotal before delivery fees and card surcharges are calculated. Minimum order amounts are calculated at the post points applied dollar value.

3.7 The remaining balance of the order can be paid by any of our regular payment methods — online card, card on pickup, card on delivery, or cash on pickup or delivery.

3.8 Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be sold, gifted, or exchanged for cash.

4. Refunds, cancellations and order edits

4.1 If an order is cancelled before completion, any points redeemed on that order are restored to your balance, and no points are earned for that order.

4.2 If an order is fully refunded after completion: - Points earned on that order are reversed (deducted from your balance); and - Points redeemed on that order are restored to your balance.

4.3 If an order is partially refunded: - Earned points are reduced proportionally to the refunded amount. - Redeemed points are not restored unless the entire redemption portion is refunded.

4.4 If an order is edited by staff (for example a missing item is removed) and the subtotal changes, your earned points for that order may be adjusted to reflect the corrected subtotal.

4.5 If a refund leaves your balance below zero (for example, points earned on a refunded order have already been spent on a subsequent order), your balance may go negative until restored by future earnings.

5. Account, history and balance

5.1 Your current points balance is visible at all times in the “Loyalty” section of your account on the website and the mobile app.

5.2 Your points history shows every transaction (earnings, redemptions, refunds and adjustments) for the past 12 months.

5.3 Points are tied to your account. If you create a duplicate account, points do not transfer between accounts. If you change your phone number or email, contact via bellbirdpark@topdogpizza.com.au to see if we might be able to transfer the pints from the old account to the new account. It may not be possible.

5.4 Points do not currently expire. We reserve the right to introduce expiration rules in future, with at least 30 days notice via your account directly or by sms/in app notification.

6. Welcome and bonus points

6.1 We may from time to time award bonus points for events such as launching the Program, your account anniversary, completing a feedback survey, or other promotional reasons. The terms of any bonus offer will be communicated at the time of the offer.

6.2 Bonus points form part of your normal balance and follow all of these terms.

7. Fraud, abuse and right to amend

7.1 We may at our discretion revoke points, suspend or terminate any account, or refuse to honour a redemption where we reasonably suspect: - Fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the Program (for example creating multiple accounts); - Charge-backs or unpaid orders; - Violation of these terms.

7.2 We reserve the right to amend these terms, change earn or redeem rates, change the list of eligible items, or terminate the Program entirely, at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via your account, sms or an in-app/website notification. If the Program is terminated, you will be given at least 30 days notice during which any accumulated points may be redeemed under the existing rules.

7.3 The Program is offered as a complimentary benefit. Nothing in these terms creates a debt, account balance, or financial obligation owed to you, beyond the right to redeem points in accordance with these terms while the Program is in effect.

8. Privacy

8.1 Your participation in the Program is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect and how we use it. AT NO TIME ARE ANY OF YOUR DETAILS SHARED WITH ANY BUSINESS OR PERSONS OUTSIDE OF THE NOTFAR GROUP PTY LTD and it’s associated businesses.

8.2 Loyalty transaction history is kept for accounting and customer-service purposes for at least 5 years, in line with Australian tax law, even after Program termination or account deletion.
