References to 'website' include the following (as appropriate): https://www.topdogpizza.com.au, or any other site, services (including web-services), software, application or media managed by TOPDOG Pizza. Your use of the TOPDOG Pizza's website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Use.

TOPDOG Pizza accepts cash payments in Australian currency and credit and debit EFTPOS payments in store. The online ordering portal accepts pre-payment by selected credit cards.
Where deliveries are not pre-paid online, our delivery drivers accept cash payments and offer mobile EFTPOS payments at the point of delivery.
Most TOPDOG Pizza's vouchers can be redeemed online, over the phone and in-store, however terms and conditions for use and redemption of voucher codes vary. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions for each voucher.
Voucher codes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. TOPDOG Pizza reserves the right to cancel any voucher code if misuse is suspected.
Only one surcharge applies at a time.
We deliver within set areas, but sometimes we go further with an extended delivery fee. Extra delivery charges may apply depending on your location. Minimum order values may apply. Delivery areas can change.
TOPDOG Pizza will endeavour to provide products that do not contain allergens if requested by you, but traces of allergens, including traces of gluten may be unintentionally present in food due to cross-contact during store operations. We cannot guarantee that your order will not contain allergens or gluten.
TOPDOG Pizza enables customers to order through third party ordering applications. When ordering through such applications, you acknowledge that TOPDOG Pizza does not control the third party application and does not assume responsibility for the availability, actions, products, services and content of any third party application, or deliveries made by an aggregator.
To the extent permitted by law, TOPDOG Pizza's liability in relation to any product or service purchased is limited to the lesser of: (a) the replacement of any product purchased; and (b) the purchase price paid by you.
Other than where claims arise from TOPDOG Pizza's breach of these Terms & Conditions or an unlawful act or omission, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TOPDOG Pizza and related corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the website, your violation of any term of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any third party right.
These Terms & Conditions of Use shall be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any claim or dispute between you and TOPDOG Pizza shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Brisbane, Queensland.
